How does your child react to the tough stuff that life throws at them? Some kids give up too easily and never give themselves a chance to see what they can really do. Others take on too much and collapse under the weight of perfectionism and overachievement. Parents will learn strategies to help children manage challenges with confidence, cope with stress effectively, and increase connection within the family.

This class is FREE to parents and caregivers, no matter where your child goes to school!

Recommended for parents and caregivers of children ages 10+ but the skills we learn are approrpriate for parenting any age child.

To register, please go to www.mpsaz.org/parentu. After you've registered, you will receive the Zoom link on Monday, February 7th.

2-hour certificates of participation will be issued by Mesa Public Schools' Parent University upon completion of the class evaluation.
